We’ve been wanting to add promo codes to our site for quite sometime now. However things that we thought we’re more important to a users business kept being added.

What is surprising about this is the fact that our competitors don’t use valid code. So they are preaching that it is okay to not have valid code. Believe or not there is a USA law set in place for having valid mark up code. Also the odd thing is our competitors are also located in the US.

These are web hosting companies they should know how important it is to use proper coding in there site. And they should use it to show there clients good examples. And when they don’t use it only shows that the people who make there websites don’t know how to properly make it.

Having a valid website means that it is 90% more likely to work the way you want it to on all web browsers instead of just select few. It increase your chances of getting good results in search engines. And it makes it easier for viewers to see use your site.

One major thing you may have noticed is the Big Ben’s Web Hosting feed that you can subscribe to. We’ve added this to all of our pages. The idea of it is so you can find out the new things that we have to offer when we offer them. When you subscribe you will know the minute we post a new offer on the site. This is definitely great for anyone who owns or plans on owning a site. Since alot of the things we offer will benefit site owners or even bloggers.

One of the first things that Big Ben’s Web Hosting did with the site was add a redirect page. This redirect page was put up to protect viewers of the site. Big Ben’s Web Hosting offers products that are located on other sites. When a user clicks on a link that offers one of these products the user goes to the other site that looks completely different from Big Ben’s Web Hosting. We realized one very important thing about this. If for any reason a link appeared on our site the led to a malicious site our users wouldn’t know. We would never post a link like this however we want you to know that the sites you are going to is trusted by us. So before you go to one of these other sites a page will appear notifying you that you are about to go to another site. If you don’t see that page that means we don’t trust it, and we encourage you to notify us to have it removed.

We now offer a new reseller program. This reseller program allows you to resell domain names under your own business name. You will then also be able to offer a reseller program where people will be able to resell domain names off of you. This is separate from our hosting reseller program where you can resell just web hosting. Currently our domain name reseller program is absolutely free to sign up to and join.  And our hosting reseller program is still just $27.99 per month, so feel free to sign up to that to.

We’ve also added a beta section to our site for products that we are still testing, and hope you would be willing to try. Currently there is no content in that section but there will be soon.

Also we are preparing to set up Dedicated Servers, for people who may be interested in purchasing a dedicated server. We hope to beat current prices on the web.
